RoadRage(RR) Rant
I know I know half the rants are RR related. But I just had to vent.
See today something happened on the freeway, and somehow triggered an entire thought process that lead to a my theory below (and consequently this rant):
Theory: all drivers fall into 2 categories; either smart, or idiotic, there is no middle ground!!
Vent: If you are so desperately pathetic, that you are literally holding up 10 cars behind you, while you IDIOTICALLY drive in the LEFT lane BELOW speed limit; WHY IN HELL'S NAME DO YOU HONK YOUR HORN AT THOSE SMART ENOUGH TO GET PAST YOU?
Theory Explanation: There is a small portion of the driving population (I estimate it at around 15-25%) who basically have the following going in their head constantly as they drive along: " +1 for each car I pass that I never saw before, -1 for each that pass me, I should reach my destination with at least +10 banked, otherwise, I know I am driving at a leisurely pace so I am going to stick to the right lane, and allow whoever is in a hurry to pass me in peace"
**RR warning** On the other hand, we got the >75% who do not follow that LOGICAL mentality. If you fall into it, accept my sincere wish that you get shot! What? You don't like it? I don't care! If only shooting you will rid us of your presence on the road, I won't feel any guilt if my wish was to miraculously come true!
Final Thought: If you are holding up traffic behind you, PLEASE, be kind and generous enough to change lanes and allow them to pass. Just think that some of them may have jobs to get to, babies to deliver, bladders about to burst, etc. If you decide to do so from now on, Thank You! You ARE a decent human being afterall!
